**MEMBER & ACCESS TERMS:** PlanReview NM requires a free **Member** account. A monthly seat or $25 one-review / per-review purchase is a limited **software tool license** for pre-submittal **QC assist** only. It is **not** sealed plan review, **not** the practice of architecture or engineering, **not** a PE/RA stamp, **not** a permit or AHJ approval, and **not** a code waiver or AHJ exception. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect — you and your design professional remain solely responsible for documents and AHJ submissions. Fees are for tool access / tool reviews only. Marking a finding **N/A** means it does not apply to this packet on a QC checklist — not a waiver. Cancel a monthly seat anytime per account settings; no refund for partial months unless stated at checkout. One-review charges are per completed tool review (non-refundable once the review starts, unless stated at checkout). Confirm with a licensed professional and the AHJ before submit.

**1. Member (required).** A free PlanReview NM **Member** account is required before any tool review, monthly subscription, or one-review purchase. No anonymous checkout.

**2. Monthly seat.** Residential **$29/month** or Commercial/Industrial **$39.99/month** (or then-current price): one active subscription per account (Residential **or** Commercial/Industrial; upgrade/downgrade OK). Included tool reviews follow then-current plan limits shown in-app. While a monthly seat is active, included reviews are **not** also charged the $25 one-review fee.

**3. One-review / per-review.** Members **without** an active monthly seat may purchase tool reviews at **$25 per review** (same price for Residential or Commercial mode in v1). Mode is chosen per review. One-review is usage billing — **not** a second subscription and **not** a code waiver.

**4. First tool review gratis (if offered).** One complimentary **tool review** per Member account under then-current promo rules. Promo may change or end. Free review ≠ consulting engagement.

**5. What this is not.** Software and outputs are **AHJ-aware QC aids only**. They do **not** constitute sealed/stamped plan review; architecture or engineering practice; PE/RA certification; legal advice; any AHJ permit, approval, or determination; or any **waiver**, variance, or exception from code or AHJ requirements. No guarantee of first-pass acceptance. **N/A** on a finding = does not apply to this packet (QC list only), not an AHJ waiver.

**6. Your responsibilities.** Provide accurate files; confirm AHJ and code editions; verify all findings; have the design professional of record review changes before submittal. Suggested AHJ, occupancy, construction type, and related cover fields are **routing / suggested assists only** — editable; confirm before submit.

**7. Acceptable use.** No sharing credentials beyond your licensed seats; no reverse engineering; no uploading malware; no using outputs to claim “AHJ approval,” “code compliant seal,” or “waived.” We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or create security risk.

**8. Data.** Project files are processed to provide the service. Retention follows then-current policy (e.g. TTL / delete on close). We do **not** use your drawings to train public models unless you opt in in writing. See Privacy Policy when published.

**9. No warranty / limitation.** Tool and outputs provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanReview NM disclaims warranties and is not liable for denied permits, delays, rework, lost profits, or consequential damages. Liability cap (if any) = fees paid for a monthly seat in the prior 3 months **or** one-review fees for the reviews at issue, whichever applies.

**10. Billing.** Monthly seats renew until canceled. One-review is charged per tool review when purchased. Taxes may apply. Chargebacks for completed periods/reviews may result in suspension.

**11. Changes.** We may update these terms with notice via the app or email. Continued use after notice is acceptance.

**12. Reports.** Email report and Save PDF include the locked **FULL_EXPORT_DISCLAIMER** (QC assist only — not seal / PE-RA / permit / AHJ approval).
